How do I reset my password?

Use Forgot password on the login page. We will email a secure reset link to the address connected to your account.

Why was I signed out?

Sessions can end after security changes, cleared browser storage, or an expired refresh session. Sign in again, then contact support if it keeps happening on the same device.

How do I publish or update a game?

Open Dashboard to create a game. After publishing, use the game Settings page to update each section independently without rebuilding the whole listing.

Who can publish dev logs?

The game owner and authorized studio members can publish dev logs from the Dev Logs tab on the game page.

How do I report a post or user?

Open the item menu and choose Report. The report is sent for review, while the reported post is hidden from your own feed.

Why do external links show a warning?

Checkpoint Zero opens external destinations through a safety page so you can inspect the domain before leaving the platform.

When do purchased credits appear?

Credits are added after the payment provider confirms the transaction. This usually happens within moments; the wallet keeps the payment status visible if confirmation takes longer.

Can another user change my credit balance?

No. Credit mutations are restricted to protected database functions and verified payment events rather than direct profile updates.
